Safe Unboxing & Return Evidence
To help protect both you and us, we strongly recommend recording your parcel being opened from start to finish, particularly if the package appears damaged or contains a fragile item.
Before opening your parcel, please make sure the delivery label and condition of the outer packaging are clearly visible. Open the package carefully and, where possible, keep the recording continuous so that the condition of the parcel and its contents can be clearly seen.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with an item missing, please keep the packaging and take clear photographs and/or video of the issue. This evidence can help us investigate the matter quickly and fairly. Evidence such as photographs and video can also be useful when resolving a dispute about faulty or damaged goods.

Please keep your unboxing video and photographs until you are completely satisfied with your order and any return or issue has been resolved.
An unboxing video is strongly recommended evidence, but it does not remove or restrict any statutory consumer rights you may have under UK law.
